Slide launches app giving unlimited 4-5% cashback

lide, the mobile payments app that offers unlimited 4-5% cashback on every in-store or online purchase, has announced the launch of a new in-app shopping feature to make it easier to earn cashback on online purchases.

Users can now shop, pay and earn cashback instantly when purchasing from Slide partner brands, without leaving the app. The feature is currently live for more than 200 brands including Lowe’s, Ulta Beauty and REI, with more added weekly.

The team behind the Raise gift card app launched Slide during the pandemic last year, with the goal of making shopping safer and more rewarding through contactless payments.

As prices of common goods continue to spike, rising in May 2021 at the fastest rate since 2008, consumers need ways to navigate one of the toughest economic climates in recent history.

While most cashback apps offer varying percentages based on the retailer, Slide offers the most consistent amount at a guaranteed 4-5% cashback on every purchase. It also allows users to cash out their cashback when it reaches $15, the lowest minimum withdrawal rate in the industry.

Slide customers can use the feature with methods including credit, debit, ACH, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cryptocurrency via BitPay.
